Need someone who is currently in the Med and can start immediately, permanent position. Relaxed, social personality, and high standard of hygiene vital. Solid longevity in a similar role, and excellent references are vital.
Salary up to $7500 for the right candidate.

We are looking for a Head Chef for a 80m+ Private and Charter M/Y. This is a Rotational role, 4/2.
Start mid/late July
Min Qualifications:STCW95- including PSA, ENG1, Culinary Qualifications, Food Hygiene Certificate.
Yacht is very heavily used. Experience as a Head Chef on a 60m+ vessel is essential.

8 – Executive Chef in Dubai Emirates – United Arab Emirates

We have a great LAND BASED executive chef position available, on Palm Island in Dubai.
Shortlisted candidates will be flown over to Dubai for a trial cooking session.
Are you their perfect match?

-You have to be confident enough to lead a team of chefs.
-You will be responsible for creating new and exciting menu’s and dishes.
-You have to be efficient and precise with managing the food costs and accounts.
-You must be talented at many different styles of cooking, have great knowledge of the fresh Italian, continental and French cuisine.
-Inventive, creative, flexible, dynamic And extraordinary must be your keywords.
But they do like very simple yummy food, rather than Michelin type food.
-This is a permanent role and the family is ideally looking for someone to commit for a longer period of time.
-They prefer male candidates with no strings attached.

-You must have shown longevity in your previous positions as they are looking for someone to commit to this position for at least 1,5 years (Or much longer)
The succesful candidates will be flown over to Dubai for a trial period.
