Beyond the Beaches: Build Your Career in Phu Quoc

On Pearl Island, every day ends with a sunset that guests travel thousands of miles to see.
From our rooftop bar, the sky turns gold over the sea and the island slows down to enjoy the moment.
For our Associates, this view is part of everyday life.
Worldhotels Long Beach Resort Phu Quoc proudly marks the first destination under the WorldHotels™ brand in Vietnam, featuring 465 rooms, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 cafés, 4 swimming pools, PearlSense Spa, and a fitness centre.
Behind every seamless guest moment is a team that works, learns and grows together.
As we prepare for the upcoming festive season in Phu Quoc, we are welcoming new Associates across all departments.
Here, you will learn from experienced leaders, build real skills with an international brand, and grow alongside colleagues who share your passion for service.
If you are ready to work where others come to holiday, we would love to welcome you to our team.
