The Position is based in their Training Restaurant – Sparks Restaurant – working Monday – Friday
Working alongside Three Master Chefs – Mick Burke, Neil Taylor and Len Unwin who are also regarded as some the best Lecturers in the Country, they will also look at developing your skills as a Chef , trainer and lecturer – on Site.
A key part will be working alogside the whole team developing and marketing the business with new market trends.
