We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
-Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain 5-star service standards.
-Manage staffing schedules, performance, and team development.
-Monitor and control costs, budgets, and inventory while maximizing profitability.
-Collaborate with the culinary and F&B management teams to deliver consistent quality and innovation.
-Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
-Proven experience in restaurant management within a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Strong understanding of guest service, operations, and financial management.
-Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
-Professional appearance and a passion for hospitality excellence.
