Head Bartender in Doha-Qatar
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Bartender to lead the bar operations of a high-end nightclub located within a 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium nightlife venues, lounges, or luxury hospitality environments, with a passion for crafting exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all bar operations, ensuring high-quality beverage service and smooth workflow.
-Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to maintain exceptional service standards.
-Create, refine, and manage cocktail menus, focusing on innovation and guest preferences.
-Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and ordering procedures.
-Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the bar area.
-Provide outstanding guest service, engaging with guests and ensuring satisfaction.
-Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and service improvements.
-Handle opening and closing procedures and bar-related administrative tasks.
Key Requirements:
-Proven experience as Head Bartender or Senior Bartender, preferably in nightclubs, lounges, or premium nightlife venues.
-Strong mixology skills and knowledge of contemporary cocktail trends.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and guest interaction abilities.
-Fluent English plus one European language required.
-Professional appearance and grooming suitable for a luxury 5-star environment.
-Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and fast-paced service.
