Job as Head Chef in Seychelles $3,000 per month
Head chef for Italian Restaurant which forms part of a small hotel situated on La Digue Island in Seychelles.
Responsible for kitchen serving between 100 and 200 pax daily depending on the season.
Open for breakfast 06.30 to 09.30 and all day dining 12.30 to 22.30.
Restaurant also serves pizza and the head chef will need to cooperate with the pizza chef (italian pizzaiolo).
Kitchen has 13 staff including 3 kitchen steward.
Chef will be hands on but will also be responsible for maintaining food quality, staff management, food cost.
Good level of spoken English is a must.
Working hours 9 hours per day 6 days per week. Annual leave 21 working days per year.
Ticket will be provided at the start and end of a two year contract
Accommodation provided will be a private room with shared bathroom and kitchen.
Salary is $3,000 per month.
