Job Function: • Self-dependent in order to take the responsibility over the main kitchen in the context of your position as competent Chef for restaurant and banquets. In charge of: • the cooking & presentation of meals for restaurant and banquet functions • general organization of the kitchen • elaborating weekly and seasonal menu choices in collaboration with the restaurant owner • maintaining the standard hygiene guidelines (HACCP) • general cleaning
Requirements: Your qualification: • Several (minimum 2 years) of work experience as a chef • Education as a chef / cook • Knowledge for Mediterranean cuisine • Dedicated, self-dependent, high degree of personal responsibility for assignments on demand • Self-confident, reliable and friendly behaviour towards guests and team workers • Strong willingness to acquire new skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
