We are looking for a Pizzaiolo that has experience in making authentic Neapolitan style Italian pizza.
We are a friendly restaurant in a relatively central London location in the popular SE1 area and we have a reputation for making excellent Italian pizza alla Napolitana.
We have an open kitchen with a specialised pizza oven. We use ingredients that comply with the regulations of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) along with good, fresh ingredients that will accentuate the skills of a good pizzaiolo.
