Busy Restaurant in Concord, Australia is looking for full time positions
as per following:
WAITER/WAITRESS with ability to apply for working holiday visa ( under
30years of age). The right candidate will be selected on the base of the
following criteria:
1. Level of English ( spoken and written)
2. Experience: no less than 3 years in the position as waiter/waitress
3. Ability to upsell: show market strategies to encourage customers to
try new dishes and drinks
4. Willing to work under pressure with a portfolio of clients of 1.200
pax per week
5. Cooperate with the existing team
6. Strong knowledge of Italian and International Wines
7. Placid and cooperative nature, extremely sensitive and polite towards
customers and colleagues
PIZZAIOLO with the ability to apply for Working holiday visa ( under 30
years of age). The right candidate will be selected on the base of the
following criteria
1. Level of English spoken and written
2. Ability to self organize own work station
3. Extensive knowledge of the HACCP regulations and food safety hazard
manage.
4. Experience : no less than 3 years as pizzaiolo ( no apprentice valid)
5. Willing to work under pressure with a portfolio of clients of 1.200
pax per week
6. Cooperate with the existing team
7. Placid and cooperative nature, polite towards customers and
colleagues
For the Pizzaiolo position, is also available the opportunity to be
sponsored under visa subclass 457, after no less of 6 months trial time.
