Job hotel in Curacao
TUI BLUE Curaçao is a new all-inclusive hotel resort located at the Bay Santa Martha in Curaçao, Caribbean. The resort will open with 300 rooms and will extend with an additional 100 room extension.
It will open with three restaurants, and several other leisure facilities.
The construction has already started; the hotel will open in the first quarter of 2026.
We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals for the following positions:
-Executive Chef
-Food and Beverage Manager
-Pastry Chef
-Spa Manager

ABOUT YOU:
– Previous experience in 4–5 Star Beach Resorts within large fast-paced environment
– Preferably experience with All-inclusive concept
-A strong guest focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different requests
-Strong experience in cost control and financial background
-Fluent written and verbal English is required for this role. Additional European languages are highly advantageous
– A strong team player and natural leader with effective communication skills promoting teamwork and collaboration
