Looking to employ a junior sous chef for a small tapas and sherry bar in central London. We are a young business looking to have a small but efficient team for this new year.
Experience in cooking essential – in Spanish cuisine not essential. A passion for food and the restaurant industry should be clear from the beginning.
Duties would be:
– Assisting head chef with orders and health and safety
– Running shifts
– liaising with head chef about specials
– managing the kitchen porters
Full time (35 hrs p/w)
Salary £7.25 p hr plus service charge
Closed Sundays and public holidays
