Ruths Hotel is looking for a dessert and pastry chef. Do you want to be part of a quality-conscious and creative team in the critically acclaimed Ruth’s Gourmet with Jack Cramer as master chef.
This is an exciting and versatile job both as a dessert chef in Ruth’s Gourmet and as a pastry chef for the busy Ruth’s Brasserie.
We expect you to be:
Positive, happy and openminded
Used to being busy
Experienced in a gourmet kitchen
Ready to join a dedicated team of trained chefs as well as trainee chefs.
