New Opening beach front Italian inspired Pizza Bar and separate Gelateria at St Clair Beach, Dunedin, New Zealand – NOVEMBER 2024
We are looking for:
-pizza chefs / pizzaioli
-gelato maker/ maestro gelaterie
-experienced bar manager / barista manager
-bartenders
-gelato servers /banconisti in gelateria
-Nuova Zelanda – Pizza Bar and Gelateria Grand opening
Both bar and gelateria will have highest specification fit out and new, top-quality equipment
(e.g. Marana Forni pizza oven and italian gelato machine automatic)
We have 2 established, busy restaurants in Dunedin with an experienced owner operator.
There is also a Sous Chef opportunity at our highly successful, existing Italian restaurant – the Esplanade.

Visa sponsorship is available for the sous chef, pizza chef and for the gelato maestro positions, with a 1 year contract and the possibility to extend.
Bartenders and servers need to be under 30 years old so they are eligible for a working holiday visa.
We will help you settle in Dunedin and provide your first week’s accommodation and then help you find a place to live.
We pay well, pay rates are dependent on experience with an additional 8% holiday pay.
Our working week is 5 days on followed by 2 days off
