We are currently recruiting a Chef De Cuisine for our fine dining restaurant Plantation House.
The candidate is required to have Michelin starred restaurant experience in Europe and Asia. The colonial design of the restaurant serves a la carte Breakfast and a degustation dinner of modern fine dining cuisine.
Our exclusive high end clientele is expecting the freshest ingredients on the plate which the chef can get from our islands farm and gardens where we grow most of our products by our self.
