An Experienced Assistant Chef is needed for a highly authentic Turkish Cuisine based in Winchmore Hill, Enfield.

The candidate will need to have at least 2 years experience in 5 Star Cuisines, understanding and cooking with Charcoal Grills.
Kitchen Staff position will include:
– Cleaning
– Providing chef with items and ingredients requested from storage areas and other general assistance
The Assistant Chef position will include
– Cooking with a charcoal grill
– Preparation of grilled dishes
– Serving of all Grilled Dishes Etc.
– Assisting Head Chef with the serving of Grilled starters and General assistance around the kitchen alongside other kitchen staff.
Like mentioned, this restaurant is a turkish cuisine so a chef with knowledge on the turkish kitchen will be necessary.
