Executive Pastry and Bakery Chef wanted in Manila – Philippines
Our client has an 800 room resort hotel and casino with 7 signature restaurants and extensive event/convention facilities. The property is one of Manilas newest leading five star properties with state of the art facilities, jet set international guests plus world class entertainment and conventions.
The property produces all desserts and breads in house, it also has a top level pastry shop. The team is over 30 strong and consist of local and expatriate team members.
We are looking for a world class pastry chef that can oversee the highest level of production of; cakes, plated desserts and artisanal breads in high volumes.
The ideal candidate will be a pastry chef at the top of their game, he/she will currently be the head of department at a large scale five star trophy hotel where the pastries and desserts are extremely refined, alternatively the candidate could be with a leading stand-alone patisserie. The proven ability to lead, train and develop a group of chefs is essential.
This is an expatriate position with a base salary in the region of US/$ 8000 per month, in addition there will be a housing allowance, travel allowance and the possibility of family benefits. Interested parties should send a full resume and photograph to email@example.com
