It all started in October of 1973 when the Italian pizzeria Frati opened in Munkegata in
Trondheim. Paolo Minervini brought the Italian pizza to town and it charmed both men and
women with its real Italian spirit.
We have managed to expand our love of food into several new restaurants and social spots.

3 pizzeria restaurants
1 grill restaurant
1 french bistro
3 bakeries
1 catering service

Open positions:
As we slowly getting ready for busy winter season, we have several open full-time positions both
in kitchen and restaurant departments.
KITCHEN/CUCINA:
– Cold kitchen Chef
– Pasta Chef
– Grill Chef
– Sous Chef
– Head Chef
BAR:
– Bartender
We offer:
-Highly competitive salary: 38.000 – 40.000 NOK (3.000-3.600 EURO GROSS)
-150-160 guaranteed monthly hours
-Extra time paid: weekly after 9pm, Saturday after 3pm and all Sunday
-Monthly weekend off
-25 days paid holiday per year
-Permanent contract

Your skills:
– Social, adaptable and thrives to work in a team
– Passion for pasta, pizza & grill
– Previous experience is preferred
– English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
Accommodation:
The employer can assist in housing up to 3 month. Candidate will pay a maximum of 6000 NOK
per month.
All our accommodations are located in centre of Trondheim with short walking distance to all of
our restaurants.
