Do I need an NIE number to work in Ibiza?
If you are offered a job with an official employment contract, you will certainly need your NIE number.
This is the tax identification number in Spain, which stands for Número de Identificación de Extranjeros.

In these other major Spanish tourist destinations, a higher percentage of guests arrive with vacation packages and need to be assisted by tourism professionals.

Since Ibiza’s unique attraction is the dance and club scene, many visitors are happy to organize their itinerary independently.
