Head Chef job in danish island-Rømø
Head Chef for a Danish Resort/Hotel – Kommandørgården / Island at the Western coast of Denmark – Rømø.
The Family owned resort with hotel, camping, amusement park and Icelandic horse riding center is looking for a positive person with much experience in the hotel field as well as some years of management experience.
We are located very close to the Germain border and our neighbour Island is Sylt.
At the moment the Kommandørgården is a 3 star hotel and we are working on gaining the fourth star. Come and help us.
Cook (m/f) (You like healthy food, a run in the nature and smell of soap.) We are looking for a cook.
Minimum a couple of years of experience working as a cook or in a similar position
You must be a EU citizen
You must have good organizational skills
100% hygienic and must have sence of good order – in the dark we must be able to find everything
Reliable, steady, loyal, healthy and creative
We have a la carte with local ingrediens as well
We serve buffets with different thems, western, fish, barbecue, Mediterranean, Danish and our fantastic cake buffet with 2o different cakes – homemade
We love to cook locally with fresh products – and we love animals and prefer freerange pork and Danish beef. We do not use horse meat as we have 120 nice icelandic horses and they are our family members.
