Now Hiring:

We’re looking for chefs (4+ years of experience) and waiters (2+ years of experience) who are ready to join us from May.
Both full and part-time positions available for long-term periods.

CHEFS

Requierments:
– Documented experience as a chef (preferable several sections grill, pasta, desserts)
– Diploma from culinary school or 4+ years of experience from a la carte kitchen
– Can easily communicate in english
– Passion for food and guest experience
– Positive attitude and strong team spirit
– Ability to perform in a busy and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
– Prepare à la carte dishes according to the menu and do the prepp
– Maintain cleanliness and HACCP standards
– Control serving, portions and presentation
– Have good collaboration & communication with kitchen supervisor

WAITERS

Requierments:
– 2+ years of à la carte experience
– Fluent in English (Norwegian or Swedish is a plus)
– Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
– Team player with good collaboration skills
– Friendly and always smiling

Responsobilities:
– Take orders and serve food and drinks
– Greet guests with a smile and provide excellent service
– Manage your station/area
– Upsell food and drinks
– Clean tables and maintain a tidy area
