About the Opportunity with Viva Recruitment
We are recruiting F&B Attendants and Lounge Attendants to join our client’s team at Doha Airport, Qatar.
These are entry-level / junior positions, ideal for candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic airport lounge environment, providing professional and friendly service to international travellers.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and order in lounge and service areas
Assist guests with their requests to ensure a positive experience
Work closely with the team to uphold service standards
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Requirements:
Maximum age: 29 years old
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Professional appearance at all times
No visible tattoos allowed on forearms, legs (from the knee down for women, due to uniform requirements), or neck and no braces
Team-oriented, proactive, and flexible
Working Hours:
Flexible shifts to support lounge operations
Minimum 48 hours per week
2 days off per week
