Hi Everybody. We’re looking for Executive sushi chef for the continous development of our five restaurants in Denmark.
Karma Sushi is looking for an Executive Chef in the north of Europe.

Karma Sushi has a plan for growth, and in continuation hereof, new restaurants
will open both domestically and abroad. It will be your responsibility to make sure
that both existing and new restaurants meet the Karma Sushi standards.
You will be responsible for five kitchens allocated across five different
restaurants in Denmark. Each restaurant has a kitchen manager.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure our well-known best-in-class quality.
On one hand, your position will be in the kitchen with the rest of the staff, and on
the other hand, you will be part of the administration and management. As a
result, you will be working a two-way role. ‘
With the above-mentioned we want to emphasize the importance of the
understanding of both developing new restaurants while continuously make sure
that existing restaurants meet Karma Sushi standards.
You will be responsible for the continuous operation of the existing restaurants
while the overall goal is to ensure the quality of the food and service and
developing the overall profit. It will be your responsibility to maximise the kitchen
output while meeting Karma Sushi standards, but also to deal with any
challenges that may arise in the specific kitchens.
It is key that:
• You are capable of running the kitchens both administrative and practical.
• You can manage several kitchens at once.
• Able to multitask
You will be responsible for the development of the kitchen staff in the on-going
openings of new restaurants. You will be in the kitchen from day one until the
kitchen will be running autonomously.
To succeed, you:
• Have the ability to start something up from the beginning.
• Enjoy the work in the kitchen as much as the administration behind it.
• Ability to teach new staff in Karma Sushi standards.
• Ability to see the big picture.
• Propelled by developing people and routines.
It is paramount that you master fundamental sushi craftsmanship and
proficiency. It is also key that you enjoy both the practical everyday work of the
kitchen as well as the administrative part. Knowledge of the industry is a
