Executive Sous Chef British Virgin Islands

We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef for an ultra luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands.
The candidate must have a solid experience
In fine dining (Michelin restaurant and/or Hats/best restaurant)
In banqueting (5* luxury operations)
In remote places (Caraibbean prefered but not mandatory)
In European cuisines, with modern skills and also ancients
In sustainability
The candidate must be people oriented, team player& team builder, social, talented, passionate, hard worker.
