EXECUTIVE/HEAD CHEF in Mallorca
this position’s available in a successful catering and yacht provisioning business, in Mallorca, Spain
Exciting opportunity in a fast growing, highly varied company
10 month’s initial contract with an excellent bonus structure, based on achieving set and agreed goals
40 hours + per week, flexibility is a must as evenings, early mornings, weekends and overtime will be required.
Ability to manage different aspects, multitask and keep calm under pressure
Proven experience of managing a kitchen team, perhaps in a busy restaurant or hotel
Ability to work within a team and form part of the company
English speaking is essential, Spanish an advantage and Preferably 30 years old or more.
