We are looking for a skilled and experienced Wok Specialist to join our team at SoY, an Asian fusion kitchen and bar in Mallorca.
This is a serious, high-energy kitchen. We need someone who is fast, consistent, and confident working under pressure.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and execute wok dishes with speed and precision
-Maintain consistency and quality during busy service
-Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
-Keep the wok station clean and organized
Requirements:
-Proven experience working with a wok (Asian kitchen experience required)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
-Strong work ethic and team mentality
-Available for the full season
-Preferably, applicants should have the necessary documents to work in the European Union or hold European citizenship
