Eden Roc at Cap Cana is looking for hospitality professionals to job positions of:
Sous Chef

Currently recruiting an extraordinary talented Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, committed in providing outstanding culinary experiences.
He/she will assist the Executive Chef in day to day operations of the kitchen, working a station and being well versed in all aspects of cooking from pastry to breakfast and hot line cooking.
Prepare and assist line cooks for all the menu items designated by the Chef, using standard recipes for all meal periods and events while ensuring exceptional quality of all ingredients, preparation and plating of food items are delivered.
Support the Chef in training and developing the team in their culinary skills.

Experience, skills & knowledge
Ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the high end restaurant and/or in the fine hotel industry with good knowledge of international and domestic dishes.
Excellent knowledge of food and wine is a must as well as fine dining operations. Culinary Certificate or Degree preferred. Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
Attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented.
Honest and energetic work ethic.
