We are looking for seasonal chef/chef de partie / cooks for a fulltime position.

You will be working in a high energy and dynamic environment, so you should handle stress well and enjoy working with a high tempo. If you are a chef with a positive attitude who will contribute positively to our staff and work environment., then you are the person for the job. We serve high-quality Italian food and Italian wines.

Working hours: Seasonal, fulltime, shift. Between 150-180 hours pr month.

Contract: We offer a work contract for a test period of three months when you start working. If you enjoy it here and you are the one we are looking for in our restaurant, we will offer you an agreed indeterminate contract after the test period.

Salary: NOK 28000-32000 gross pr. Month (~2600-3000 EURO), depending on experience and qualifications.

About the company: August 2013 we opened one of Trondheim’s most popular restaurants, Una Pizzeria e Bar. The main focus of the restaurant is to have the perfect Italian pizza, and multiple delights such as pasta, meat and fish dishes. Our concept is plain and tasty dishes in grounded surroundings. The guest who comes to Una expects food made by Italian ingredients, served in a rustic way. The ambience in the restaurant is energetic and positive and the interior is rough and urban. The ambiance is spread both from our chefs in the open kitchen, our smiling waiters and the enthusiastic guests.

Una Pizzeria e Bar is a laid back and popular restaurant and pizzeria in Trondheim. We have a capacity of 180 guests inside and 130 guests outside. We are a restaurant with high pace whereas we can serve about 1000 guests on a Saturday. We seek to keep the Italian culture in the restaurant. The kitchen staff is today build-up by mostly Italians whereas the waiter staff has a multicultural combination. The kitchen is open every day from 11 am till 11 pm, Sundays from 1 pm till 10 pm.
