About the Role:
The Chef de Cuisine leads the French specialty restaurant, ensuring authentic culinary execution, consistent fine-dining standards, and strong operational control within the kitchen
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine
-Strong expertise in French fine dining
-Experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining, or Michelin-level kitchens
-Cruise experience is an advantage, but not essential
-Formal culinary education or diploma
-STCW certification & C1/D visa or willingness to obtain
