Christian F. Puglisi is looking for an experienced baker for Mirabelle Bakery – home of the well-known and sought-after organic sourdough bread served in the restaurants of the Relæ Community. Mirabelle Bakery is a diverse and serious organic café in the heart of Nørrebro. We are looking for a highly motivated baker with experience working with sourdough, viennoiserie and pizza.
Position details:
At Mirabelle Bakery we bake breads and pastries on almost exclusively Danish organic flours and ingredients. By joining our team in the bakery, you will be baking our famous sourdough bread, preparing the pizza dough, viennoiserie and different seasonal and limited batches of other pastries etc. We are constantly trying out new things and working to push the boundaries for our baking and the ingredients we use.
About you
Experience in small scale artisanal bakery is necessary.
High level of English proficiency.
Already living in Denmark or moving within the next 4 weeks.
