Gianluca’s Coffee Cult is an independent high quality artisan coffee shop in the hearth of Fulham-London: good coffee, good food, a lot of love for what we do.
We are expanding out team and looking for a passionate chef who will be in charge of the kitchen.
Our food is Italian inspired, and has the focus on the freshest and best ingredients available on the market.
We love people that are original, that comes up all the time with new ideas and that are self-motivated. The ideal candidate can manage a kitchen on his/her own.

Cerchiamo un cuoco che ami la cucina, sia originale, abbia un sacco di idee nuove e sia motivato. Il candidato ideale ha esperienza in cucina, sa gestire una cucina in maniera autonoma, ha esperienza nell’economia di una cucina e riesce a lavorare in un ambiente piccolo ma con ritmi molto alti.
Il lavoro è a tempo pieno, prevede turni sia alla mattina sia alla sera, e richiede la disponibilità a lavorare dal lunedì alla domenica.

The coffee is really our thing. Every coffee at Gianluca’s is made with passion, love and care. We collaborate with Workshop Coffee, talented people that produce coffee beans of extreme high quality. With their help, we have searched around the world for the best possible coffee machines on the markets, and brought to Fulham an elegant La Marzocco Linea PB 3-groups AV and an innovative Nuova Simonelli Mythos One Grinder, at the forefront of grinder technology, directly from Italy. We even got hold on a splendid Mazzer Super Jolly grinder for you that prefer a decaffeinate coffee.
Coffee is made by two things: coffee beans and water. To make the best coffee possible, we have decided to filter the water with a Bespoke Reverse Osmosis Nimbos Water Filtration System. Then, we will be able to make coffees with the cleanest and purest water possible.
